This formula begins with something most people would throw away: fruit peels. Lychee shell, aged tangerine peel, orange peel, and pear peel bring a light orchard character. I then add ginseng, angelica, frankincense, and Szechuan lovage so the bright peels can rest on a gentler botanical base. Overlooked materials become the heart of the scent, which is exactly what I love about the Xiao Sihe inspiration.

On the wrist, fresh fruit peel and citrus appear first, followed by herbs and frankincense that gradually come through—light, but never flat.
