Returns & Exchanges I want you to be completely happy with your incense bead toolkits and bracelets. If you need to make a return or exchange, I gladly accept them within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, I kindly request that your items remain completely unused, in the exact same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Warranty & Damages I take great pride in my craftsmanship and carefully inspect every order before shipping. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 30 days so I can make it right. Please kindly note that this warranty cannot cover normal wear and tear, improper storage, or accidental misuse of the crafting tools.

Gifts & Refunds I personally hand-pack every order and love including a complimentary tailored gift just for you. If you choose to return your primary purchase for a full refund, please include the unused gift in your return package. Otherwise, its retail value will be gently deducted from your final refund.
