Rinleaf is operated by Rinleaf LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, and selected currency. Only the payment methods shown during checkout are currently accepted.

3. Secure Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and its authorized payment providers.

Rinleaf does not directly collect or store your complete card number, card security code, or online banking password.

4. Currency and Additional Charges

Product prices may be displayed in a currency based on your location or selected market. The final amount and currency shown at checkout are the amount and currency you will be charged.

Your bank or card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee or international transaction fee. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not collected or controlled by Rinleaf.

Any applicable taxes collected by Rinleaf will be clearly displayed at checkout. Import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed after shipment may be collected separately by the destination country or shipping carrier.

5. Payment Authorization and Order Verification

An order is successfully placed only after the payment has been authorized.

To protect customers from unauthorized transactions, Rinleaf or its payment provider may occasionally request additional order verification. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the payment cannot be verified or appears to be unauthorized.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please confirm that your billing information is correct and that sufficient funds are available. You may also try another payment method displayed at checkout or contact your bank for assistance.

Rinleaf does not control payment approval decisions made by banks or card issuers.

7. Payment Safety

The official checkout on rinleaf.com is Rinleaf’s authorized payment channel.

Rinleaf will never ask you to provide your complete card details, account password, or one-time verification code through social media, email, or messaging applications.

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to represent Rinleaf, please contact support@rinleaf.com before making any payment.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the order, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

After a refund is issued, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
