Any cancellation or restriction will be handled in accordance with applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before the order has been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, materials, formulas, ingredients, and other information as accurately as possible.
The appearance of colors and details may vary depending on the customer’s screen, lighting conditions, or device settings.
We may modify product descriptions, packaging, availability, or specifications when reasonably necessary. We also reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available for purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the full product description, formula, ingredient information, care instructions, warnings, and intended use before purchasing or using a product.
4. Handcrafted & Natural Variations
Each Rinleaf incense bead and other applicable handcrafted product is individually made using natural materials and artisan processes.
Because of the inherent characteristics of natural materials and handcrafted production, minor variations in color, grain, texture, shape, size, weight, fragrance, fragrance strength, surface appearance, and other details are normal and should be expected.
Product photographs represent the general appearance of the item but may not show the exact individual product that the customer receives.
These natural and handcrafted variations demonstrate the individual character of the product and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
A return request based only on normal natural or handcrafted variations may not be eligible for approval unless the product materially differs from its description or applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Allergy & Safety Disclaimer
The full formula and ingredient list for each Rinleaf product are disclosed on the relevant product page.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the complete formula and ingredient list before purchasing, wearing, burning, handling, or otherwise using a product.
Natural ingredients are not necessarily allergy-free. Rinleaf products may contain natural wood powders, botanical powders, fragrances, aromatic materials, resins, oils, or other ingredients, including Nanmu powder where stated on the relevant product page.
If you have known allergies, sensitive skin, fragrance sensitivities, respiratory concerns, or are uncertain about any listed ingredient, you should not purchase or use the product without first consulting an appropriate healthcare professional.
By purchasing and using a product, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review its disclosed formula and ingredient information and have determined that the product is suitable for your personal use.
If skin irritation, redness, itching, breathing discomfort, or another unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice when necessary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rinleaf is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or discomfort caused by an ingredient that was accurately disclosed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase, provided that the product was used according to the stated instructions.
This limitation does not apply if the product received materially differs from the disclosed formula, contains an ingredient that was not properly disclosed, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Wearable incense beads are designed exclusively as decorative jewelry. They are not food, medicine, or dietary supplements and must not be eaten, swallowed, dissolved in beverages, or used internally.
Keep all incense beads and related products securely out of the reach of children and pets. Small beads and components may present a choking hazard.
Information provided on our website is for general, cultural, educational, or product-related purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
6. Incense Burning Safety
Products specifically described as suitable for burning must be used only according to the instructions provided on the product page or with the product.
Burning incense, aromatic materials, or botanical powders must be placed in a suitable incense holder or on a stable, heat-resistant, non-flammable surface in a well-ventilated area.
Never leave burning incense, charcoal, candles, or heated aromatic materials unattended.
Keep burning or heated products away from children, pets, flammable materials, curtains, drafts, furniture, clothing, and other heat-sensitive surfaces.
Products must not be burned, heated, ingested, or used internally unless the relevant product description expressly states that the product is intended for that specific use.
Rinleaf is not responsible for harm caused by unattended burning, improper ventilation, misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized product modification, or use for a purpose other than the stated intended use, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Product Care & Maintenance
Rinleaf wearable incense beads and other handcrafted products are delicate items that require appropriate handling and storage.
Unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise, avoid exposing wearable incense beads to:
• Water or prolonged moisture;
• Sweat;
• Perfume, cosmetics, oils, or skincare products;
• Household cleaning products or other chemicals;
• Prolonged direct sunlight;
• Extreme temperatures or humidity;
• Impact, crushing, stretching, or excessive friction; and
• Improper or unprotected storage.
Exposure to these conditions may affect the structure, surface, color, fragrance, stringing, integrity, or appearance of the beads.
When not in use, store the product in a clean, dry place away from heat, moisture, direct sunlight, children, and pets.
Damage or deterioration resulting from improper storage, accidental damage, exposure to water or chemicals, failure to follow care instructions, or other misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Such damage is generally not eligible for a return, refund, replacement, or exchange, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received the order. Acceptance occurs when we begin fulfillment or dispatch the order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
• Product unavailability;
• Incorrect product or pricing information;
• Shipping restrictions;
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled portion using the original payment method.

An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Returns and Refunds

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return or refund has been approved.

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.
An order is not considered cancelled until Rinleaf confirms the cancellation in writing.
Orders that have already been dispatched are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
14. Reviews, Comments, and Customer Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, message, suggestion, or other content to Rinleaf, you confirm that:
• The content reflects your genuine experience or opinion;
• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• You own the content or have permission to submit it;

• The content is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful.
